The table lists every client in the batch. All columns are sortable.
Column | Description |
|---|---|
Client | The client's name and profile picture. |
Payment Method | The payment method that will be billed, or that was used if the client has already been charged. When an ACH account or credit card will be billed, the account number suffix and card suffix are shown only after the batch is processed. If a client's account balance is charged after failed reattempts, the payment method shows as Account. |
Subtotal | The subtotal for the client's items in the batch, including surcharges. If the surcharge setting was disabled before the batch ran or the client's account balance was charged after failed reattempts, the surcharge is removed. If the surcharge rate changed before the batch's scheduled date, this reflects the updated rate. |
Discount Amount | The total discount applied for the client's type, shown in red as a negative value. Blank if no discount applies. Updates if the client's type changes before the batch runs and adds, removes, or changes the discount. |
[Tax name] Tax | The amount of a specific tax type charged (for example, HST Tax or GST Tax). A separate column appears for each tax type configured for the location. For more information, see Charge multiple clients at once with bulk billing. Excludes any tax disabled or removed before the batch runs, and recalculates if the tax rate changes. |
Total Taxes | The sum of all tax columns. Only appears if the business has more than one tax type configured in their store settings. |
Purchase Total | The total amount charged to the client for this batch. Calculated by subtracting Discount Amount from Subtotal and adding any taxes. |
