If a member has invited you to visit their gym, you'll receive an email with a link to redeem your guest pass. Follow the steps below to complete your redemption and get ready for your visit.
Key tips
Your invitation has an expiration date shown in the email. Redeem and visit before that date or the pass will no longer work.
If the gym requires you to check in with the member who invited you, make sure they're checked in before you arrive.
Redeem your guest pass
To redeem a gym visit guest pass:
Open the invitation email and click Redeem Guest Pass.
On the redemption page, enter your first name, last name, and email address. Additional fields may appear depending on the gym's requirements.
If you already have a WellnessLiving account at this gym, you'll be prompted to sign in instead.
Ensure that the Achieve Client App is downloaded on your device. You’ll use your barcode to check in.
Click Submit. You'll see a confirmation screen with the gym's name, location, and your pass details. You're ready to visit.
