Lead Management Report

To view the Lead Management Report click the App Drawer button then click View All > Reports > Clients > Lead Management.

The Lead Management Report is a marketing report that displays all leads added manually or captured using the Lead Capture Widget and lead capture automated marketing campaigns during the selected date range.

Summary cards in the Lead Management Report

All summary cards display data based on your selected date range. Summary cards corresponding to any custom client types you have created are also displayed.

Description

New Leads (this period)

The total number of leads recorded.

Bookings made

The total number of bookings recorded for leads during the selected date range, regardless of when those bookings occur.

Booking rate

The percentage of leads recorded who booked a service.

Show rate

The percentage of leads who booked a service that they attended or checked in to.

Signed rate

The percentage of leads who attended or checked in to a service and paid with a membership or pass. Leads who purchase a drop-in or free Purchase Option are excluded from this calculation.

Won (this period) (Marketing Suite only)

The number of leads whose stage changed to a Won-type stage. A stage's type is set when the stage is created and determines how it's counted in reporting, regardless of the stage's name.

Won (previous period) (Marketing Suite only)

The number of leads whose stage changed to a Won-type stage during the previous date range.

Lost (this period) (Marketing Suite only)

The number of leads whose stage changed to a Lost-type stage.

Win rate (Marketing Suite only)

The percentage of new leads whose stage changed to a Won-type stage.

Lead revenue (Marketing Suite only)

The total amount spent by leads at your business, excluding tips, taxes, credits, gift card purchases, refunds, and voids.

Columns in the Lead Management Report

Column

Description

Date created

The date the lead was added to the system.

Lead name

The name and profile image of the client account associated with the lead. By default, this column includes small icons showing pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance. Hover over any icon to learn more.

To hide these details, customize the report view and set Display client icons to OFF.

Stage

The current stage of the lead, based on your business's configured lead stages. By default, new leads are placed in the first Open stage in your list. Click the arrow icon to change it to any other configured stage.

For Marketing Suite subscribers, the stage can also update automatically when the client is added to a client group.

Lead source

The source of the lead's initial connection with your business. For businesses without a Marketing Suite subscription, only leads from Lead Widgets and CAASI are shown.

Intents (CAASI only)

The services or goals this lead expressed interest in during their CAASI conversation. This column is only available for businesses with an active CAASI subscription.

When a lead is captured through CAASI, this column displays the intent provided by CAASI. If the conversation was too short for CAASI to determine intent, Unknown is displayed. For leads added through other sources, such as staff entry, the Client Portal, or a Lead Capture Widget, a dash (—) is displayed.

Added by

The name and profile image of the staff member who manually added the lead, if applicable.

Free Purchase Option

The incentive Purchase Option offered with the lead capture marketing campaign, if applicable.

Referred by

The name and profile image of the client who referred this lead, if applicable.

Phone number (Marketing Suite only)

The lead's phone number.

Email (Marketing Suite only)

The lead's email address.

Last contacted (Marketing Suite only)

The date, time, and method the lead was last contacted by your business.

Last visit (Marketing Suite only)

The most recent visit the lead made to your business.

Upcoming booking (Marketing Suite only)

The next scheduled booking the lead has at your business.

Won/Lost date (Marketing Suite only)

The date the lead's stage changed to a Won-type or Lost-type stage.

Lead revenue (Marketing Suite only)

The amount spent by the lead at your business, excluding tips, taxes, credits, gift card purchases, refunds, and voids.

Filters in the Lead Management Report

Filter

Description

Client Status

Determines which clients to include in the report based on whether they currently have an active Purchase Option.

Home Location

Determines which clients to include in the report based on the home location associated with their profile.

This filter will only search for active locations, deactivated locations will not be displayed.

Lead Created By

Determines which leads to include in the report based on the specific staff member who created the lead.

Lead Source

Determines which clients to include in the report based on the source of their first interaction with your business.

Client Types

Determines which clients to include in the report based on their client type.

Client Groups

Determines which clients to include in the report based on their client group.

Campaign

Determines which lead to include in the report based on the lead capture campaign sent to them.

Created by Staff

Determines whether to include leads manually created by staff members. If No is selected, the staff members listed in the Lead Created By filter won’t be displayed.
