WellnessLiving offers tools to streamline email management, enabling seamless sharing and modification of email addresses among client profiles. This guide focuses on basic procedures and addresses common issues to help users effectively navigate email management.
You can share an email address between clients whose profiles are linked as a relationship. Once shared, all emails will be directed to this address. This action can be reversed at any time.
Sharing an email address redirects all of a client's notifications to a relationship's email. If you want additional people to receive copies of notifications without changing the primary email, see Add secondary notification contacts to a client profile.
Share an email address between relationship accounts
To share an email address between relationship accounts:
Click Search
at the top of the screen, enter the client's information, and click their name to open their profile.On the side menu, click Relationships.
Select the relationship client to share with.
On the side menu, click Profile Details.
Under Email address, click Disable login account.
In the confirmation popup, click OK.
Under Email address select the Use [relationship]’s email checkbox.
Click Update Account.
Stop using a relationship's email address
To stop using a relationship's email address:
Click Search
at the top of the screen, enter the client's information, and click their name to open their profile.On the side menu, click Relationships.
Select the relationship client to share with.
On the side menu, click Profile Details.
Under Email Address, select the Create Login Account checkbox.
Enter the client’s email address in the email field.
Under Password, enter the new password for the client’s account.
Under Re-Enter Password, re-enter the new password for the client’s account.
Click Update Account.
