Booking Source Report

To access the Booking Source Report, open the App Drawer then click View All > Reports > Attendance > Booking Source .

The Booking Source Report is an attendance report that displays details such as date, time, location, and staff member about online bookings made by clients at your business during the selected date range. This report can be used to gain an overview of the booking trends for your services. The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

Summary cards in the Booking Source Report

The Booking Source Report displays the following transaction information based on the scheduled date of service within the selected date range.

Description

Total Bookings

The total number of bookings made at your business.

ClassPass

The number of bookings made at your business through ClassPass.

Email

The number of bookings made at your business through an email notification.

Facebook

The number of bookings made at your business through Facebook.

Google

The number of bookings made at your business through Google.

Reserve with Google

The number of bookings made at your business through Google via Reserve with Google.

Wellhub

The number of bookings made at your business through Wellhub.

Data import

The number of bookings that were made at your business through another software, then imported into WellnessLiving.

WellnessLiving Explorer

The number of bookings made at your business through your WellnessLiving Explorer listing.

Presence Website

The number of bookings made at your business through your Presence custom website.

Elevate Staff App

The number of bookings made at your business through the Elevate Staff App.

Achieve Client App

The number of bookings made at your business through the Achieve Client App.

Undefined

The number of bookings made at your business through an unknown source.

Attendance Kiosk

The number of bookings made at your business through the Attendance Kiosk.

Check-In Kiosk

The number of bookings made at your business through the Self Check-In Kiosk .

Staff Back Office

The number of bookings made at your business through the Staff Back Office.

Client Portal

The number of bookings made at your business through the Client Portal.

Website Widget

The number of bookings made at your business through one of your widgets.

Columns in the Booking Source Report

Column

Description

Client

The client who was booked into the service.

Relevant client details like pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be indicated by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.

Visit

The name, time, and date of the service, as well as the staff member conducting the service.

Location

The location of the service.

Booking Source

How the client was booked into the service. Possible sources are:

  • Achieve Client App – Booked by the client via the Achieve Client App.

  • Added by Staff – Booked by a staff member on behalf of a client.

  • Attendance Web App – Booked via the Attendance Web App.

  • CAASI – Booked through CAASI.

  • Check-In Web App – Booked via the Self Check-In Web App.

  • ClassPass – Booked via ClassPass.

  • Client Portal – Booked by the client via the Client Portal.

  • Data Import – The booking was made in another software, then imported to WellnessLiving.

  • Elevate Staff App – Booked by staff via the Elevate Staff App.

  • Email – Booked via an email notification.

  • Facebook – Booked via Facebook.

  • Google – Booked via Google.

  • Presence Website – Booked via your Presence custom website.

  • Reserve with Google – Booked through Reserve with Google.

  • Undefined – The booking was made through an unknown source.

  • Website Widget – Booked via the embedded website widget.

  • Wellhub – Booked via Wellhub.

  • WellnessLiving Explorer – Booked via your WellnessLiving Explorer listing.

Booked By

The client or staff member who made the booking.

If one of the client’s relationships booked the session for the client, the relationship type will be displayed next to their name.

Filters in the Booking Source Report

Filter

Description

Bookable Assets

Filters the report to include specific Book-a-Spot assets.

Client Types

Filters the report by client type.

Staff

Filters the report to show bookings linked to the selected staff members.

Locations

Filters the report to include specific locations.

Start Time Range

Limit the report to bookings within a selected time range.

Day of the Week

Displays bookings that occurred on specific day(s) of the week.

Classes

Filters the report to include chosen classes.

Events

Filters the report to show selected events.

Appointments

Filters the report to include particular appointment types.

Client Status

Displays clients based on whether they have an active Purchase Option.

Client Groups

Filters the report to include clients belonging to the chosen client group.

Booking Source

Displays bookings by their booking source.
