Enable Message Center

Your clients are already on their phones, and WellnessLiving’s Message Center meets them there. It lets clients respond directly to your SMS messages to ask questions, confirm appointments, or cancel from their wait list, without needing to call. It's two-way SMS built into WellnessLiving, available for businesses in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.

US businesses must register for A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code) before enabling Message Center. It's a carrier-level requirement that makes your messages less likely to be flagged as spam or blocked by your clients' mobile carriers, so your texts actually reach the people you're sending them to.

To learn more about A2P 10DLC, see FAQ: A2P 10DLC messaging system and What is A2P 10DLC in the Twilio Help Center.
