Your QuickBooks page is where you can check that everything's working, dig into your sync history, and take action if something needs attention.
Key tips
Only staff members with the Configure QuickBooks Online settings permission enabled can access this integration.
You'll need to have already set up your QuickBooks Online integration before you have anything to monitor.
Open your QuickBooks page
To open your QuickBooks page:
Open the App Drawer
then click View All > Setup > Integrations > QuickBooks.
Click Manage integration.
Understanding your connection status
Your QuickBooks page shows your current connection status at a glance:
Connected – Everything's active and syncing normally.
Syncing – A sync is currently in progress.
Needs attention – One or more transactions had issues during your last sync.
Disconnected – Your integration isn't active. Reconnect to resume syncing.
Reconnect required – Your connection was interrupted and needs to be re-established.
You'll also see the date and time of your last completed sync, so you always know how current your data is.
Reviewing your sync history
Your sync history table lists your recent sync runs, showing the date and time, how many transactions synced successfully, how many had issues, and the overall status.
Click any row to see exactly which transactions had issues and why.
Example: If last night's sync shows 142 transactions synced and 3 with issues, click that row to see which transactions failed and why, then fix the underlying issue before your next sync runs. For more information, see Resolve QuickBooks sync issues.
Actions available from your QuickBooks page
Run a sync now
In addition to your regular nightly sync, you can trigger one immediately whenever you need to, like after fixing a mapping issue or before running an end-of-day report.
To run a sync now:
Click Sync now.
Wait for the sync to finish. You'll see a confirmation with how many transactions synced.
Update your mapping settings
If you need to change how your WellnessLiving data maps to QuickBooks, you can jump to your mapping settings directly from your QuickBooks page. For more information, see Set up your QuickBooks Online integration.
Disconnect QuickBooks
You can disconnect your QuickBooks account from this page at any time. For more information, see QuickBooks Online integration.
