Tuition plan receipts

When a client enrolls in a tuition plan, a receipt is generated showing a full pricing breakdown for each participant, any applicable discounts and registration fees, and the complete installment payment schedule. A receipt is also generated each time a payment is made on the plan. Receipts reflect the enrollment details at the time they were generated.

Key tips

  • If no payment is due at enrollment, a receipt is still generated showing $0 due today and the full future installment schedule. The payment method section isn't shown when $0 is due today.

  • Discount labels and participant order on the receipt are saved at the time of enrollment and stay the same on any future reprints.

  • If a client joins a plan after it has already started, they only pay for the sessions that are left. Their payments are adjusted automatically and shown in the payment schedule.
