Client images on their profiles are displayed next to the client's name in attendance lists and client reports. Clients can also add or change their profile image themselves from the Client Portal and the Achieve Client App.

Click and drag an image from your computer into the popup window, or click Click to upload to select an image from your files.

Take a photo using your device camera
To take a photo using your device camera:
Click Search
at the top of the screen, then enter the client's information and click their name.
On the side menu, click Profile Details.
Click the current profile image. The Add Profile Picture popup opens on the Camera tab.
When prompted, click Allow while visiting the site or Allow this time to give your browser access to your camera. The live camera preview appears automatically once permission is granted.
Note: If you click Never allow, or if you've already blocked camera access, the live preview won't load and an error message appears. You'll need to update your browser's camera permissions manually before the Camera tab will work. For instructions, see Google Chrome Help, Mozilla Support, Apple Support, or Microsoft Support for your browser.
If you have more than one camera available, select the camera you want to use from the camera source dropdown. The camera chosen when you granted permission is selected by default.
Click Capture photo.
Review the photo preview. If you're happy with it, click Save. If you'd like to try again, click Retake to return to the live preview.
WellnessLiving saves the updated photo to the client's profile and the popup closes.
