Modify your client profile information

As a client, you can modify your profile information from the Client Portal or the Achieve Client App.

Desktop – Client Portal

To modify your profile details from the Client Portal, complete the following:

1. In the top menu, click My Profile.
   ​

2. Click Edit profile.
   ​

3. Modify the fields as needed. For more information, see Modifiable client profile details.
   ​

4. Click Save.

Mobile – Achieve Client App

To modify your profile details from the Achieve Client App, complete the following:

1. Tap the More tab.
   ​

2. On the profile options page, tap Edit profile.
   ​

3. Under Client details, tap any field you want to change and enter the new information. For more information about these fields, see Modifiable client profile details.
   ​

4. Tap Save.
