Most reports display data for a specific date range. You can change this range to view data from a different day, week, month, year, or other period.
Key tips
The available date range options are the same across most reports, though each report has its own default range (for example, today, this month, or this year).
The Daily Attendance Summary Report only offers Today and Day, since it always displays a single day of data.
The following reports don't include a date range selector: Balance Due Report, Belts Report, Clients at Risk, Duplicate Profiles, Visit Milestones & Lifetime Value, Client Retention by Staff, and Store Items with Barcodes.
Change the date range on a report
To change the date range on a report:
Open the App Drawer
then click View All > Reports.
Select the report you want to view.
Click the date selector above the report columns.
Under Date Range, select an option, such as Today, Week, Month, Year, Last Month, Previous 30 Days, or Custom. If you select Custom, select your start and end dates from the calendar.
Click Apply. The report updates based on the selected date range, and the date field displays the new range.
After you've selected a date range, use the arrows beside the date field to move forward or backward. For example, if you're viewing a single day, the arrows move to the previous or next day. If you're viewing a month, the arrows move to the previous or next month.
