Cross-Location Visit Details Report

To view the Cross-Location Visits Details Report, open the App Drawer then click View All > Reports > Attendance > Cross-Location Visit Details.

The Cross-Location Visit Details Report is an attendance report that displays a detailed list of visits that clients made to locations other than their home location during a selected date range. The summary cards at the top of the page provide an overview of the key information in the report.

Total

The total number of times clients made cross-location visits during the selected date range.

Columns in the Cross-Location Visits Details Report

Column

Description

Date of Service

The date and time of the client’s visit to the location.

Client

The client who made the visit.

Home Location

The home location assigned to the client based on their profile.

Visit Location

The location where the client attended the class, event, or other service.

Paid With

The Purchase Option used to book the service.

Sold Location

The location where the client obtained the Purchase Option.

Service

The service attended by the client.

Revenue

The revenue generated by the client while visiting the secondary location.

Off-site Location Asset

The name of the off-site location asset assigned to the session. This column is off by default. Add it using the column customization option. Sessions at your regular studio location show an empty cell.

Filters in the Cross-Location Visits Details Report

Filter

Description

Home Location

Determines which clients to include in the report based on the home location associated with their profile. This filter will only search for active locations; deactivated locations won't be displayed.

Location Visited

Determines which clients to include in the report based on the location they visited.

Sold Location

Determines which clients to include in the report based on the location where the clients made a purchase.

Off-site Location Asset

Filters results to sessions that used a specific off-site location asset.
