Use Quick Groups to filter clients across reports

Create and use Quick Groups

A Quick Group is a temporary client grouping that allows you to quickly create a list of clients from one report and use that same list to filter other reports. You can use Quick Groups to analyze data, follow up with clients, or track client behavior across multiple reports without needing to create a permanent group.

Quick Groups help you segment and analyze clients across reports without setup time. They’re ideal for:

  • Tracking clients who haven’t visited recently.

  • Reviewing clients with failed payments.

  • Creating temporary lists for marketing or outreach.

  • Performing one-time cross-report analysis.

This flexibility helps you identify trends and take action faster without modifying saved client groups or data structures.

Key tips

  • Quick Groups reset when you sign out or your session expires. For long-term grouping, create a saved Client Group.

  • You can only set up one Quick Group at a time and they are user-specific meaning your Quick Group won’t appear on anyone else’s account.

Add clients to Quick Groups

To create a Quick Group:

  1. Open a report that includes client information, such as the Client Details, Last Visit, or Memberships reports.

  2. Select the clients you want to include.
