Deactivate or delete a Book-a-Spot asset

Deactivated Book-a-Spot asset have their settings saved in WellnessLiving and can be reactivated at any time. Deleted assets are gone permanently and need to be recreated.

Deactivate a Book-a-Spot asset

To deactivate an asset:

1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Services > Book-a-Spot.

2. Hover over the asset you want to modify and click the Edit button.

3. On the right side of the page, set the Active Asset option to OFF.

4. Click Save.

Delete a Book-a-Spot asset

To delete a Book-a-Spot asset:

1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Services > Book-a-Spot.

2. Hover over the asset you want to modify and click the Edit button.

3. On the right side of the page, click Delete.

4. In the confirmation popup, click OK.
