The leaderboard displays all your clients’ rewards points and their ranking based on the number of rewards points they have earned. Staff members can show clients their all-time ranking or their ranking during various contests.
View a client's rank on the leaderboard
To view a client’s rank on the leaderboard or in a contest, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Rewards. On the Rewards menu, click Leaderboard.
View the client’s rank:
To view a client’s rank on the leaderboard, find the client in the list.
To view a client’s rank in a specific contest, under View Contest, click the list and select the contest you want to view.
